Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that custom orders are non returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business
days). Refunds will be processed in the currency in which they were purchased. Those purchased with credit or debit cards will refunded to the card used. If in the event the card is not available store credit will be issued. Purchases made with gift certificates will be refunded in store credit.  Gift Certificates are not returnable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Shipping days are every Saturday.  Orders are shipped in order of receipt ( please note in most cases custom orders may take up to 2 weeks ) and sent out the following assigned shipment day.  If a shipment day falls on a holiday, orders will be sent the next assigned shipment day.

We ship using USPS Flat Rate and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipment prices subject to change without notice.
